Brian: OT To my knowledge, people are suspended for their own behavior which violates the TOU, not simply for fighting with another member (or group of members). Perhaps Maurice was suspended because of repeatedly calling thread members "Moonies", "sheep", and "stupid". Perhaps he was suspended for repeated off-topic posts on women and politics. Perhaps he was suspended for advertizing to pay for the services of a US attorney. Nrither you nor I know the specific reasons. As for Maurice's dignity, I don't think he's lost any by having been suspended. I hope that when he returns we can all get on with the business of QCOM in a friendly and respectful way.
