Based on the amount of pessimism in the market before the report I would say that this is a Very Good report. The stock was trading at 18 3/4 in the after market so I believe the selling pressure is now off. They hit expectation exactly, and in a bad environment, remember this is the worst quarter for APCC. I particularly liked this part of the report:

"....APC's expected quarterly revenue distribution for 1997 to approximate 20 percent in Q1, 23 percent in Q2, 28 percent in Q3 and 29 percent in Q4."

That is an excellent look into the rest of the year and it appears all up from here. P/E on a trailing basis at current prices is about 18, with the next 3 quarters growth projected at an average of 26.6 percent , I would say the stock is cheap.
