Greg: This from my father-in-law who turned me on to this stock: "The word that I received was that the street anticipated an earnings report this week. When USAD announced that the report would be next week it was interpreted that a calamity was about to unfold. Everybody got on the bandwagon and dumped the stock. According to the same source the earnings should be OK, if not spectacular, so a rebound may be forthcoming. We could stand it." Only two weeks ago, I spoke to the company with a whole list of questions I compiled after reading their entire investor package. I was convinced that they had a hickup in a long term growth cycle and felt the stock price could retrace a lot of its recent losses. But then you never know when a small stock will get clobbered for no apparent reason. Even if the earnings are not as strong as they have been this quarter, I got the firm impression that earnings growth would return to historic norms in subsequent quarters. I assume and hope that this is just the market overreacting. Good Luck, Rob
