I may be naive, but is it not possible that since it was Legato's own auditors who caught the "mistake", rather than the SEC, that perhaps the stock selloff was an overreaction? I sold my position in Legato a while back (after the split), and then watched it rise again. I bought back in today; maybe I'm wrong, but the company seemed to have a lot going for it before this quarter. Good Luck all.
