Shawn, I did understand ( i think ) the workings of Verifone, but HP is a new animal to me. I hav'nt done any research on HP's philosophy and I don't know when/if I'll do that. Also, I don't know what Tyabji's role is going to be. Is he signing out or will he hold a position at HP ? IMHO he needs to start another company. He has his own philosophy of managment. I don't think he is a follower. I guess what I'm saying is I don't know the answer of your question at the present time. Maybe someone more knowledgable with HP's philosophy can fill us in. XW
