I'm still holding. But it is rather hard to do after all the gyrations I've been through with this stock. I have always said I'd hold until 2000 then reevaluate. Earnings? I'm no good at earnings. But I'll venture a guess of .39. The future: DVD chips will go the way of VCD chips once the ramp plateau's but Cube should enjoy the ramp. Then we have settop's and the Codec. Settops are mighty interesting for Cube, but others are already there and integrating at a rapid pace. Cube needs to catch up to the likes of Broadcom. That leaves the consumer Codec, so where are the major wins? Does seem silly to sell at this point instead of waiting to the merger to consumate. So I'll probably wait. In the meantime... Hey Umesh! give us a Huge Codec deal real soon now OK? DiViT
