CRA and PEB, both components of BBH announced splits today. Effective 2-18, both are 2:1 payable as a 100% stock dividend.

Further PEB will start paying a dividend of 4.25 cents on post split shares, payable April 3 to stockholders of record March 1.

I suspect holders of BBH will never see this dividend as it will go for expenses.
