Andrew this is one of the most horrifying stories I ever witnessed on any single company. I was a shareholder of this stock and my Discount Broker Olde was screaming for me to buy more shares or at least to hold the position I had. She said that they were gone to report excellent earnings and probably announce a 2 for 1 stock split. Yea right!! I though of selling several times because of an uncomfortable feeling regarding the falling price action in the stock. I wanted to sell at the open on New Years eve but was talked out of it. Finally I said to myself screw this bullshit I am taking control and gone to sell the damn stock. I called my broker and told her to sell the stock immediately and got out at 68 3/4 which was 5 points under what I got it. Had I insited on selling at the open on New Years eve I would have not lost any money. I thought about calling today and asking what the hell happened to the great recommendation. I was told that I would like Legato better than Dell. Dell has not been anything to write home to mom about but I do not think that I like legato better than Dell at this point. Anyway my sympathies to those who got burnt and I do hope for them that the stock will one way or another recover. In all fairness to my broker if I had gotten into Dell when she first thought that I should I would be sitting really pretty today. I guess you win some and you loose some.
