Yeah, I was really annoyed too this morning. I was on hold for 5 minutes from 11:31 to 11:36; then it took another 12 minutes before my order filled. ;-)

Find a broker that gives you better value, then report back to us. Until then, I suspect your whining will fall on deaf ears here.
