OK...OK....just a guess. On there web site under BorsLift it says a DOE Grant Program sponsored by Truluck Enterprises based in Dallas should have results of the two pumps a month installation preliminary reporting results due in January. This is my guess on the run up...report must be good to cause price increase this large. Ofcourse this is just a guess.
