Z. To justify a current expenditure of this much, appeal to past is irrelevant. Must get a return on investment (cash) made now. Otherwise, this was a very foolish use of money. Wonder if NN has inside R&D in HFC area as well? Does NN inside people have to present a business plan before they spend all this money, or is this just country club city? Transparency is what I look forward to.
