Heinz, as Les noted the transports broke out to the downside today, from a big triangle made at the october bottom, i believe that is a wave 4 triangle from the may top.

The question is how far the nasdaq can rally out of the triangle before it's finished, i see some charts that still have more upside potential.

Larry McMillan said yesterday option calls were very expensive, kind of the inverse of puts at a bottom.
