Jules and Mark:

If you (Mark) are responsible, hats off to you. I remember Kay alluding to a separate destiny for the silicon business in his swan song conference back in June.

Jules, I think you're right, but here is some solace: The more successful the IPO, the more valuable Phoenix's share of inSilicon. That should help the PTEC stock price. As for me, I got out at an average of 16.5 (my average cost was close to 15), so this is an academic argument for me at this point.
