Hi Sonny,

There is certainly a rotation, money is moving:

1. To Asian and European stocks. I have been watching the volumes and seems that way

2. Money is moving int small and mid. caps.

3. Money is moving into net.

4. Money mangers on this side of Atlantic are gradually
pulling money out of the tech. They expect 30% corretion by mid to end of Feb. They will take position only after the correction,

Good enough reason for the market to go down! I was expecting IBM to move up byond 125 but not today.

Today I sold CSCO at 114, 113.50 and bought back at 111.80.
SOld IBM at 123.75 and 125, and bought back at 122. I had
SUNW at 82 and ORCL at 55 but didn't get close. Real slow day. Hope you had a better one!

Take care,

yaacov
