CUBE posts 0.40, consensus was 0.37, whisper was .38. CUBE semiconductor anticipates 40+ percent growth in its growth areas (DVD, codec, and settops) over the next three years. (they had 33 percent of the entire DVD market!) VCD revenues continue to shrink, so net growth for CUBE semi will be in the high 30 percent range. Divicom, which will merge into HLIT, doing pretty well, but not quite as good as the semi side. Merger should happen by end of March. Afterhours in CUBE at 75, +1 1/8, on ILSD (but low volume). Now if we can just keep the market from selling off tomorrow.
