Testing of its State-of-the-Art Spray Application

its wholly-owned subsidiary Urecoats International, Inc., a developer of roofing and sealant products, today announced that it has completed development and testing of its URECOATS 100(TM) Rubber Sealant Membrane (RSM)(TM) spray
application system (``RSM Spray System').
Over the past thirty months, Urecoats Industries Inc. has devoted much of its resources into developing a state-of-the-art, spray application system that would not only be effective but user friendly and commercially reliable as well. The company has built four generations of a prototype spray application system with each new generation incorporating design changes and equipment enhancements that have resulted in a RSM spray system that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of its
designers.

RSM(TM) is an ultra high quality modified urethane fluid applied type rubber substance that will not allow water penetration and protects the surface to which it is applied from natural weathering, acid rain and wind uplift to name a few. It is made from a proprietary patent pending formula, comprised of urethanes, crumb rubber from recycled tires and other additives.
