All these lawsuits can only generate some noise, and that is it.

Look at LGTO today.

2) Shepherd & Geller, LLC Announces Class Action Lawsuit Against Legato Systems, Inc

More to come, of course.

These guys are doing it for a living. Just like flies smell some blood, they keep trying, hope to strike it rich. Most cases, they are going nowhere.

I bought into Ascend two years or so ago at high 50s, saw it drop to low 20s. I saw same kind of company press release, contacted many of them. What happened?, yes, you guessed it right, absolutely nothing.

The same thing happened to Citrix, current high flier. CTXS dropped from 36 to low teens when MSFT said it would provide some thin-client stuff itself.

The examples are on and on.

When share price gets back to where it used to be, all these lawsuits are automatically gone.

I noticed you were short RBAK some time back. Good, just disclose your position ( I would assume short ), try your best to scare the weak hands.

Larry, Long FMKT since day 1 bought at open market @260.
