Kemble, while waiting for a haircut today I picked up a PC magazine to see how many laptops had pointer sticks as opposed to touch pads. In the February copy I saw a section evaluating laptops and there was a Dell with both a pointer stick ala IBM and a touchpad. IBM,Toshiba and Dell offer the pointer stick laptop. I think the pointer stick is new for Dell and should get some customers that like that method of navigating. Pat
