Tom-

You talk a lot about the lawsuits but do you actually believe that management knew GM would be leaving and failed to disclose it in the prospectus? I don't. I don't think it would have gotten past MSCO and MLCO. Honestly anyone who paid 300+ for this company simply because GM was a customer deserves whatever they got.

I don't blame you for going short, that's your perogative, but where were you a couple of weeks ago? This was an awesome short at 340 when the GM news broke. I was amazed at how hard everyone ran for the exits. I went long at 238 on the premise that momentum would shift when they announced some new big customers and GM would be forgotten. I honestly hope your short works out for you only so I may have another chance to add to my position. I got greedy when she couldn't hold 200 and was waiting for 150 to add(I would've had it yesterday if not for the news release). I'd like another shot at 200, I'm in here for the long haul.

I'd also like to know what b2b auction IPOs you are referring to, I don't see anything up for tomorrow at all except for NEOF.
