Candle stick, do you use server7 and/or trade 1st or last 15minutes of the market? Datek seems to have gotten things
straightened out or so I thought. 4 weeks ago I placed a trade at 939am then servers were down while I tried desperately to cancel for 10 minutes! I even called on the phone. Monday I got the nerve up and placed a trade at 937am on express order7 and had no problem. Now with your bad experience, I'm worried. Could you let me know what time of day you had these bad experiences? It seems that this may only be the first and last 1/2 hour of trading. In that case I guess no one should trade those times if they want reliability or is it any time of day? Please email me if you would.
Datek's commissions are $10 a trade plus whatever you lose because their system is down......let's see, that last bad trade cost me $110 in commissions if you count the servers being down.
Thanks,
