Tom that's a huge if. And there's no reason to believe they new. It would be the investors fault anyway. GM is an investor in Commerce One, so its no suprised they switched. Whats this country coming to when a stock goes from about $40 to $240 in a couple months and shareholders are suing. Maybe they forgot that stocks don't go straight up. Though this one pretty much did. Did they think it was heading straight to 1,000. I bet those sueing didn't even read the prospectus. Just momo investors. This country is going to the effing sharks. I have no position other then the one on lawyers.
