Where is everybody? Who knows? (Who cares!) TSCC has rewarded those who have held the past year. Apparently, not too many at SI have profited from this board.... The spin-off is scheduled for the end of this month. The new company, eLoyalty, will trade on NASDAQ as ELOY. Every share of TSCC will produce one tax-free share of ELOY. Where does ELOY go from here? I cannot predict the future, but let's just say eLoyalty is growing and I am optimistic.
