People lost money(I'm neither long or short - just watching): Like you said, but this is what is damning: thestreet.com "FreeMarkets, for its part, said in its announcement that GM's cancellation was expected." By whom obviously not FMKT stock buyers? yahoo.cnet.com "One source close to GM said the news should not have been surprising because GM struck a significant deal with rival Commerce One in November" It looks like the lawyers have enough from the news stories to pursue this.
