Dear Anthony,

I was trying to remain anonymous - call me paranoid! I am the one that
accepted your bet. I was hoping that my broker that handles my account with
SNRS in it could e-mail you the proof you requested and all other inquiries
could be handled there also.

You should have received an e-mail from MDB Capital. I asked that they only
mention my first name and that I have at least 1000 shares.

In my mind, and I know I am naive, but I think we are both playing at the
same craps table but just placing different bets. It is nothing personal.

I have been in SNRS for several years - way before NASDAQ even. It was the
first stock I ever owned actually so when I read your bet offer I thought I
would take you up on it. I had never been to SI before Friday and found
your board interesting. Still don't know why you hate SNRS so much but you
are playing one way and I am playing the other. I guess with all the ups and
downs, we both have been winners!

It seems that most people don't think you will honor the bet. I think you
will and I want you to know that I will let everyone know on the board that
you DID pay off on the bet.

Sorry to make this so mushy but that is my nature. I think it would be best
for me to settle the matter through my brokerage firm in California and not
to me directly, I hope you understand my need for privacy.

I truly wish you the best. I think we can all be winners in this market.

Best regards,

My response:;

Juli,,,Your first email to me is today the 19th.....explain to me how yo
won...The stock didnt gap up..and it didnt gap down ..But most
importantly....you want to accept the bet 2 days later..I think..that thats
pretty cheap...

It was a public bet and a public acceptance and such on SI is wher it
should have been handled.

Ther is nothing anonymous about who I am and those who wanted to accept
knew what to do and ..It the loings lost the stock is down agaion and will
continue to go down..There is no welching here....

------------------------

Stock didnt gap uppand closed down..she accepted bet and contacted me two days later ..obviously nothing to lose since she was losing her hiny in the stock itself

----------------------------

Now that I have handily crushed your little tangential foray..

------------------

In 6 months SNRS will be a few measly dollars with intermittent news rallies that are quickly diffused..

I am right and you are wrong..That is how it works out

pretty darn simple
