Robert, I am sure the Lehman Bros announcement for LB "to act as its financial advisor on an exclusive basis. Lehman has committed to assist Zi in the areas of equity financing and identifying merger and acquisition opportunities"... and the implications of this announcement are partly responsible. Additionally, with Y2K behind us... it really is Zi Corp's technology, the future, and the explosive foreign marketplace that makes ZI Corp VERY attractive. VR, Wayne
