A few comments about the conference call...

For 1999, I think Umesh said they sold just under 4 million semiconductor units for DVD (1.2 PC + 2.7 consumer = 3.9 total). I also thought he said only sales of chips for PC market were affected by seasonality. I pretty sure he said 1.8 chips for sold in the second half for the consumer market.

I think he chose not to break down gross margins between DVD and set-top boxes because they have similar ASPs and unit costs. He also said revenues for set-top box chips grew 40% from Q3 to Q4.
