Phone.com (PHCM: news, msgs) recorded a narrower-than-expected loss of $5.4 million, or 8 cents a share, compared to a loss of $4.3 million, or 39 cents, in the year earlier quarter. Analysts expected a loss of 17 cents, according to First Call. Revenue rose a whopping 603 percent to $12.7 million. Shares closed 5 1/8 higher at 125 1/8 and moved to 135 on Island. It's going to be a good day tomorrow!!!
