I am not looking for a quick Q4 flip on PAIR.

I looked at the chart and thought it was time to reestablish a piece of what I had before. i think the 4th is challenging as you say but they should have guided the street by now. A range trade could get you to 16 pretty quick and from 11s and 12, I like it.
