No guarantee that this info is correct but Madsen bought 36,000 in Dec. and 12,500 in Jan. Besides him, nobody else is really buying. Mark Rafferty, CFO, bought a whopping 1000 shrs. One other executive bought 500shrs and couple of their vp's sold 2000 shr. So I don't see any significant buying by the insiders except Madsen.
