Thanks Rick...also looking at OPC (QC Optics) as a trade today. OPC makes laser based defect detection systems for hard disk, semiconductor, and flat panel display markets and while AMD and INTC are hot, looks to be a good solid ancillary play. Also, they are starting to do big business with the hard drive manufacturers as well.
QC Optics' customers include Intel, IBM, Micron, AMD, Seagate, Xerox, Lucent Technologies, and many others. Competitors include KLA Instruments, Hitachi, Nikon, DPI Technology Systems, System Seiko, and Phase Metrics. |
