Today is a good day to keep an eye on your favorite stocks that could use a pullback to support. Take EXAR for instance. A nice pullback to $67 I would buy it for a nice trade. You never know how expiration day will go. Sometimes we experience volatility early in the week and sometimes it comes on the day itself. Still it presents good trading possibilities for those who keep there eyes open. On SI daily there is an article "No way to Predict the Market these days" because earnings come out good stocks goes down, or come otu bad stocks goes up. They don't reaize this is normal for stocks. IT's been going on for a hundred years. Yes there is a way to predict the market and it's called the "Irrifutable Law of Supply & Demand". Uncle Lucent gave two sell signals before the stock collapsed. Point is that stocks and the market will do what they will do. Sometimes good news is good and sometimes good news is bad and visa versa. Normally the stock will have already spoken to you via changes in the underlying supply & demand relationship of the stock before the earnings event takes place. Be that as it may there is no way to predict anything without the Psychic Hot Line but we on the PIFF THREAD, can get darn close to knowing which way to go when others are totally baffled. A little P&F Windex if you will. Tom
