Wasn't there a news release Wednesday (sorry, do not remember the post) which highlited the negative ruling on the three of then nine patents. Given the actual ruling, I have to assume the contents of that new release must have been put out by the MOT faction.

Maybe it was to cover their less than stellar quarterly results in the wireless area. They did the same kind of thing last quarter. That time it was with a "new" chip (one like that which QCOM had developed some time ago if I remember correctly).

Well maybe this ruling, on top of the US ruling last March that prompted the ERICY capitulation, will produce the same result with MOT re: QCOM ASCIS. Then again, maybe they will just keep on living in denial.
