Buckeye: Adding AVR capability to the TSIS product line would enable users of TSIS products and services to speak commands and requests rather than entering keystrokes or making requests of a human (customer expense) on the other end.

TSIS customers are big names like Yahoo, ATT, LU, GTE and quite a few others you can find at the TSIS website or buried in this board somewhere. Big name customers expect
innovative solutions. Simply the the addition of AVR to TSIS's existing product/service line will demonstrate TSIS's commitment to supporting existing customers.

Retaining existing customers allows TSIS to recruit new customers and funds new product development for the AVR technology. Perhaps they'll go for an AVR capability for internet phone calls. If successfull, that should send all of us to Nirvana.

Had a position in TSIS for a couple of years now. Hope we can get a breakout and find a new higher level.

froland.
