A.B. has always been vague, which is one of the reasons that analysts don't care for him, and one of the reasons they have been cautious about hyping this stock. Umesh is a different story -- well respected, straightforward, etc. A.B. is a vison guy and Umesh has vision along with his employees' respect and the ability to make things happen. They apparently have complementary roles. ZRAN is a direct competitor in DVD decoder chips.
