Good points. I don't know why Msft isn't being taken to task here. It was very strange that when Msft tried to purchase Intuit, that they got ganged up on by DOJ and not now. Now I am noticing Msft entering the internet and my worry here is that here is where a serious abuse of market power will be evidenced. I have no specific areas to pinpoint yet, but I'm sure we will see something happen. I guess that is my point. If the governement has these statutes, their intent is to resolve my fears by keeping the game honest. If no one really believes in the concept, then these laws should be abandoned. So using anti-competitive powers on Msft when they upset the bankers, should be no differently applied than when Msft upsets the word processors or network servers either.
