For your info - have now had to resort to resume trading BB's at AMTD! (due to lack of execution @ TRAC). FOR EXAMPLE:

This AM @ 9:36 placed sell order on DRYD @ .30 lmt. Bid was .30 or higher until 9:51:40. No fill, and after an ordeal of 3 calls and 4 posts on channel 9 was finally told "too many orders in front of you". That quote is what HRZG told your guy - but it is total BS because I sold DRYD in my AMTD account with a very quick fill @ 9:45 (@ .30).

As I have said before, but not to you - HRZG & NITE see TRAC as a threat to their profits. The electronic order entry does not give them time to play their games of manipulation (like walkdowns). This is a battle of survival, and unless you guys get the SEC on your side (which they should be) I am afraid you might not survive!!!

I have done very well with you guys, and will continue to place orders when possible, but the broker who gives me the best chance of fills is always going to be the first place I go to buy!!

Please don't think this is grumbling from someone who has not been successful with your system - I have realized profits of 25K + this month alone (and that is after starting the month with an account value of only 10K!).

Somehow you must get these MM's to fill a reasonable amount of orders - and honor orders (like my DRYD - that should have been filled).

I just had an open order to buy USHO @ .11 (which was the ask for 7 minutes after I placed the order) and no fill. The MM's walked the price down to panic all the rookies (new to investing) into selling, and then marched the price back up to sell all the shares that they had bought @ .11. I am sure they filled all the sell orders @ .11 and very few of the buy orders - this type of illegal manipulation is how they make their $$$$. You are in a position to gather enough evidence (statistically significant) of filled sell and unfilled buys on the same security at the same time, to make a case for creation of an "ECN" type system for these BB stocks with the SEC!!!!

If I were HRZG & NITE, I would want to keep you guys happy, because by trying to run you out of business with unfilled orders will only lead to the kind of "paper trail" that the SEC will use to end our (MM's) ability to play games in the OTC-BB marketplace!!

Jerry

PS - right now the MM's are selling all the USHO they "shaked" out of people @ .11 for .18!! If they would have had to fill all the buy orders (or compete against an ECN) they would never have been able to get the price that low....
