QUALCOMM INC (QCOM) EPS estimate down $0.08 to $0.25 for quarter ending 3/00. OK, this is more consistent with $.95 going forward divided by 4 (which for the arithmetic challenged is $.2375). So it looks like any estimate change is at most up only slightly.
