Now is this how you explain your reluctance to discuss the issues?

Gus , I told you. Talking to Bux is like talking to the wall. The ITU ,the 400 million users of other technologies, the available interfaces all means nothing.

I never said the ITU means nothing. I said they don't have the authority to set royalty rates but apparently you prefer not to discuss this.

I never said the 400 million TDMA/GSM users mean nothing. I said that the GSM users don't negate any of the points I made. They will still be upgrading to a CDMA technology eventually. In the mean time the phenomenal growth rate of CDMAOne is adding nothing to IDC's balance sheet.

Qualcomm owns it all and that's all that to it. They will rule the world and no one will contribute anything unless they pay Qualcomm.

I didn't say that either. I said Qualcomm owns the basic building blocks of mobile CDMA and anyone who wants to use this must pay them a royalty.

Why do you insist on twisting everything I say into something I didn't? It appears you are a little insecure about IDC's place in the big world of Telecommunications since you don't want to discuss it like an adult.
