Don't forget Rob Glaser at RealNetworks. Former MSFT exec giving them hell in the streaming media business. They may not go to the competition, but these people know MSFT from the inside. I know of other not-yet-IPO startups by ex-softies that have picked out similar soft spots in MSFT's armor.

The above is just being realistic [pun intended]. I still think MSFT has the corporate culture to do well, but not as like they did when riding the crest of the PC wave. They're not in the same dominant position on the internet. On the other hand, this time it's a 150 foot tsunami with room for lots of champion surfers.
