The reason I posted in this regard was because CNBC covered some of the IPOs that were coming up in the near future and Deja was among them. However Deja.com has dropped from the Yahoo IPO list.

Don't know how CNET help is being received in newsgroups other than computing tech but in the computer hardware groups people are boycotting posts with the CNET .sig file.
They feel that CNET is trying to take financial advantage of usenet.

Deja is a super fast and easy way to search news for topics that aren't current. I still use my newsreader on a daily basis and encourage everyone I know to try reading news. I haven't found many converts even among computer geeks.
