john...ot "chart gazing" try not to stare, as it puts me to sleep....just look everyday for one predictable indicator, tends most times not to fail....dell just turning from its oversold bottom....needs volume, or else it goes sideways and gets overbought... agree on tyc.....don't count out lu.....similar situation, over reaction.....all one has to look at is cpq and uis of last year....drastic sell off, slow smooth retrace of more then 50%...........i just exercised a bunch of cpq 22.5 calls....cpq "the stock", may soon be nipping on dell "the stock" heels.....if dell doesn't issue positive news!!!! this fast moving market is like a buffet( as in smorgasbord, not as in warren),why just dine on the warmed over dell under the heat lamps, when fresh stuff appears daily.....sooner or later some new dell stuff will come from the kitchen! good luck, as always...ed a.
