But if SanDisk is successful I would anticipate either a press release or a mention of this important litigation at the time of the conference call. I'm not an attorney, but my guess is that they would have a press release immediately at the time of the judgement. This is the only "fair" way to do it. Otherwise, word will spread slowly, giving those in the know the ability to make money on "inside" info. If the judge is any good, he'll release his decision after the market is closed, allowing the info to be disseminated to all equitably. Jay
