Thanks, Socs, for starting the thread. Here is what I posted on The Golden List:

MBSC recently sold its software subsidiary for $1.5 million. It's clinics are profitable and the company is looking to acquire new clinics. The company will change its name in the near future.

According to its most recent 10Q, "gross profit from medical activities increased 45.19% to $848,072 for the third quarter."

Here is what nobody knows yet . . . the CEO, Scott Haire, is in NYC this week to arrange for the acquisition of additional clinics to add to the four the company already owns. The company will be putting out a PR when the details are finalized.
