I'll take a shot at that, Christopher.

A. Yes

B. That is still largely in "test mode", IMO. The key to immense profitability vs average profitability hinges on the success with which they can transition products out of the lab and into the business world. Not an easy task but treasures await the firm that can optimally capitalize on their R&D. The diamonds are in their mine; can they get them out?

Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing LU spin-off some of their divisions and focus on the core emerging technologies.
