Hi Eric: I do end user support work when I'm not out on the boat, mostly low level stuff, and some upgrading of pc systems. I have hooked a number of people up to AOL..in fact the best I found so far in Texas has been 14.4. They may have some faster that I didn't dial into. Heck before they got 14.4, the old 1.2 and 2.4 hung on for a long time.
