By anyone who new that GM had a large investment in a competitor. Common sense. Why continue doing business with someone you don't have an investment with. The stock was also do for a sell off after the biggest run up in IPO history. Anybody that chased it above $300 should realize thats what happens to stocks even in la la land of rediculous valuations. Stocks are supposed to go down after ann 8 fold move in less than a month. Lawyers will sue anybody for any reason. How about the jerk who got drunk off his ass, fell into a deep sleep on a train, and found a lawyer to sue for $10 million because he was to drunk to get off and got stuck for a half hour. Trial lawyers have become a cancer to society.
