I'm confident in the growth of the company, but let's face it, GNET is now a trader's wet dream and an investor's nightmare.

Russell and friends: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, YOU HAVE TO PLAY THE WALL ST. GAME.

I had another affair with a company that didn't play "the game". 3dfx. Their IR was terrible and they didn't do anything right when it came to pleasing Wall St. Even when they blew out earnings by 60% or more, they dropped. The company is in the crapper now, may be a comeback play in several months.

You have to verbally convince the street that you are an awesome company - with so many other companies booming about their accomplishments, what makes you think they are just gonna figure it out themselves? They may never. Why take that risk?

The more attention GNET gets NOW, the more it will in the future. A larger market cap will open up even more new acquisition opportunities! The worst part is if Go2Net hasn't been on the ball with Wall St by now, they may never be. They have an approach to what they're doing, and taking pains to please the street (with NEWS at least!) isn't part of it. And sadly I fear the stock will continue to grow much too slowly until this gets fixed.
