Let's remember that the sector is not in favor now.
Below are the weekly numbers since last May, ending
Jan 18.2000
They are the percentage of stocks in the industry
that are on a buy signal. Under 30% is considered
oversold. [I don't have the numbers before May '99
in my spread sheet, but they were as high as 64% in
July'97 and as low as 12% in Oct'98. The high in '99
was 50% in Jan. This sector never is wildly popular]
