WRT the interview with AMD CMO this afternoon,

he said AMD's margin WAS 30-35%. He expects margin 35-40% in Q1. Can somebody verify/confirm that? It makes sense to me considering drain of .25 wafers. Average cost of .18 Athlon should be much(?) lower than .25 Athlon. So the recent price drops on Athlon is not a practice to wage a price war agaist Intel, but a good business practice given the leverages AMD has. I think Athlon ASP may be higher in Q1.

When this week is over, AMD's fundamentals are as sound as ever.
