I ordered and installed their Velocity software and it's amusing in a wry sort of way how slow the trades are. I've been seeing the same thing. I place limit orders at the ask and sometimes I've been sitting and waiting for ages before my order got filled.

I'm seriously considering finding another broker. The problem is that I don't want to go through transferring shares and having them locked up while biotechs are going like they have been in the last few days.
